NFC needs a compatible device and tag. In the app, open Labels → NFC tag guide for tag types, placement and troubleshooting.

Export a backup from Settings, save it somewhere you trust, then restore it on the other device. Records do not sync automatically.

Settings has optional diagnostics that you can inspect and share. They are off by default. Share only the information needed to explain the problem.
